we moved out of our small small basement apartment in Sugarhouse on January 23 and into Student Housing!! Actually we really like it. We now have 2 bedrooms with actual closets, the bathroom isn't in the bedroom and the shower head is a normal height although we do still have the old man stool, just couldn't get rid of it! The livingroom is pretty decent but the kitchen is worse. There are hardly any cupboards and NO counter space!! And no dishwasher...but don't worry we are costco members and bought a supply of paper products to eliminate most dish washing! (Ryan has such a good wife!) Here are a couple pics of the livingroom and kitchen the bedroom is pretty plain.
The carpet in the livingroom was so gross we went to Home Depot and bought some and laid it down, it looks pretty good.
Valentines day I had to work and was surprised by a pretty bouquet of flowers!!
After work I think we watched a movie and just hung out. For dinner we made Chinese since we didn't have a reservation anywere. It was very nice and romantic we even had candles!
Also on February 23 we celebrated our 2 year anniversary!! It was on a Monday and I originally had the day off but we hired a new girl (finally!) and I had to train her so I went in for a couple hours. we had an early lunch together because we thought Ryan had to work at Skywest at 5:30 but he convinced his supervisor to let him off so we had most of the evening together. 2 years that is crazy!!
Other than that. We are doing the same things on a new day.

Thanks for the update...I've been thinking about you guys! we are coming up on two years also! March 24...Did you have to remind Ryan? I think Tra' MIGHT remember. Sounds like things are going pretty good, yay for student housing!
We didn't have a dishwasher in the house we were renting for months. I really thought it would be worse than it really was. The cool thing I realized is that we only really needed two plates, two glasses, etc because we washed them all the time. Our problem in Texas: if we didn't wash our dishes immediately after using them, we would have giant cockroaches climbing on our kitchen counters--that was enough motivation to stay on top of the dishes.

I had almost given up on you. I thought maybe you got sucked into a black hole or something. The new apartment looks nice. The no dishwasher would kill me though. Happy to hear that you are alive and well. Love ya!
